We offer our guests the peace and quiet of the beautiful valley of the river Geul, with the opportunity to visit pleasant nearby places of interest, such as the town of Maastricht (7km).The hotel is situated at the foot of a hill called the Geulhemmerberg, in the middle of woodlands and hilly countryside.

It is a favourite spot for everyone who wishes to enjoy the light-hearted, Burgundian lifestyle that Limburg has to offer.

Facilities

The 25 rooms are spacious and fitted with en-suite bathrooms with either bath or shower, plus toilet. Each room is individually decorated. A lift is available. In our restaurant we offer our guests the opportunity to taste the French cuisine, typical of the border provinces. The ambience of the lounge with its fireplace, creates a homely atmosphere. There is a spacious terrace overlooking hilly woodlands.

The Netherlands is renown for the beauty of the Geul valley, throughout all seasons of the year. The romantic, lime caves and dwellings, the panoramic views, the river Geul and the special flora and fauna create an appealing holiday destination at all times of the year.

The hotel has easy accessibility via E25/A2 (Eindhoven-Maastricht). Drive to the first traffic lights in Maastricht; turn left in the direction of Berg en Terblijt.

South Limburg offers something special for people who wish to enjoy an active holiday in quiet surroundings. Due to its situation, South Limburg is an ideal starting point for day trips. With private transport or organised coach trips, one is able to make day trips to local regions such as South Limburg, the hilly Eiffel region of Germany, the Belgium Ardennes or even Paris. The hotel offers its guests, services for hiking and cycling, in the local countryside. Close to the accommodation one can also enjoy attractions such as the town of Valkenburg a/d Geul with its Thermae 2000.This is a leisure centre using the natural spa water.
